An established organisation is seeking an experienced finance transformation professional to lead strategic initiatives that enhance finance operations, optimise business processes, and strengthen digital capabilities across the organisation. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to drive finance transformation, lead enterprise system initiatives, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver sustainable operational improvements.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Lead finance transformation initiatives by reviewing existing finance, procurement, and reporting processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve operational effectiveness.

• Drive end-to-end process improvement programmes, leveraging automation, digital technologies, and best practices to enhance finance operations and reporting capabilities.

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of finance systems, including ERP platforms, business intelligence tools, and digital solutions to support evolving business requirements.

• Partner closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system integration, process alignment, and successful delivery of transformation initiatives across the organisation.

• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and successful project delivery.

• Champion organisational change by developing user adoption strategies, delivering training, and embedding new processes and technologies into day-to-day operations.

• Support finance operations by strengthening reporting processes, governance frameworks, user access controls, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring transformation outcomes, evaluating performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to further enhance finance capabilities and organisational effectiveness.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Accountancy, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 8–10 years of experience leading business transformation, finance transformation, process improvement, or enterprise system implementation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience delivering ERP implementation eg. Oracle Netsuite, workflow redesign, process automation, or digital transformation projects within complex organisations.

• Strong business analysis, project management, and change management capabilities, with the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable business solutions.

• Experience partnering with Finance, IT, Procurement, and business stakeholders to deliver process improvements and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organisational change.
