Responsibilities

Lead Conversion

  • Engage new prospects promptly to maximise response rates and customer interest
  • Understand customer needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable solutions
  • Successfully convert opportunities into completed applications and issued policies

Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales performance and revenue objectives
  • Grow business value by increasing case sizes and expanding product recommendations
  • Identify additional opportunities to support clients with relevant life and health insurance solutions

Client Experience

  • Provide professional, transparent, and reliable financial advisory support
  • Maintain consistent client engagement through effective follow-ups and post-sale service
  • Conduct regular policy reviews to strengthen relationships and encourage ongoing client support

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in insurance / financial advisory sales with a strong understanding of life and health insurance products
  • Required certifications : CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI
  • Additional certifications (M8, M8A, PGI, BCP, ComGI) are advantageous
  • Advisors comfortable working with high lead volumes
  • Individuals who are disciplined, metrics-driven and target-oriented
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
