Job Scope
1. Customer Service & Rental Operations
• Engage with customers to assist withmotorcycle rental services
• Respond to customer queries via socialmedia platforms (e.g., Carousell, Google)
• Clearly explain the terms and conditionsof the rental services to customers
• Collect necessary documentation forcontract or billing purposes
• Follow up with customers regarding latepayments and send reminders or warnings where necessary
• Provide assistance to customers onbike-related issues or enquiries
2. Motorcycle Maintenance & Upkeep
• Maintain and wash motorcycles regularly
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness ofbike storage areas
• Liaise with mechanic for engine oilchanges or maintenance when required
• To support order and collect spare part
3. Administrative & Marketing Duties
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks suchas updating reports
• Support marketing efforts by creating andposting advertisements for available rental bikes on social media
Requirements:
• Minimum Class 2B motorcycle license
• Proactive and approachable personality
• Good communication skills; enjoysinteracting with people
• Willingness to learn and takeinitiative
• Prior experience in customer service orwith an automobile rental company is an added advantage
Work Location: Serangoon North_FirstCenter (training provided)
Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00AM – 7:30 PM • Saturday: 10 AM – 4:00 PM
*Includes a 3-month probationperiod. Salary increment will be considered upon successful completion ofprobation and based on work performance review.
