Job Scope

• Conduct bakery and snack application trials
• Independently prepare and bake bread, cakes, cookies, crackers, and other products
• Support food R&D, formulation trials, and product optimization
• Collect trial data and prepare basic technical reports
• Prepare customer samples and support product evaluations
• Maintain laboratory and pilot plant operations

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline
• Min 3 years of food R&D, product development, bakery, or food manufacturing experience
• Hands-on baking experience is essential
• Able to independently prepare, bake, and evaluate bakery products
• Experience in commercial bakery, food manufacturing, or R&D environment preferred
