Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To actively make outbound calls to present Insurance products to customers
To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
Handle customer’s objection professionally, providing excellent customer service and follow up
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly
To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

CMFAS qualification requirements in M5 and M9 (preferred but not a must)
Minimum 3 GCE O level is required
