We seek candidates with Electrical Engineering, LEW, and Safety certifications plus construction experience to join a fast-paced electrical construction environment. The role involves outdoor site work under tight schedules and client demands.

Job Summary

Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, safety, and client satisfaction while driving business growth in a demanding electrical construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to enhance company profitability
• Monitor construction projects from inception to completion to ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and safety regulations
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate project managers, engineers, and site staff to optimize team performance
• Enforce strict adherence to building control regulations, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, and statutory requirements
• Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to align project goals and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors
• Identify new market opportunities and secure contracts to drive business growth and expand company presence

Preferred competencies and qualifications
