• Remuneration package: SGD12K to $16K Basic + AWS + Excellent Variable Bonus

• Based in Indonesia Batam. Accommodation provided

• Proficient in Bahasa to liaise with Bahasa speaking counterparts

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans and financial objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Lead market positioning and business development initiatives to strengthen competitiveness and enhance brand presence.

  • Oversee resource allocation and continuously evaluate business performance against market trends and competitor benchmarks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives and ensure continued relevance in a dynamic market environment.

  • Formulate and implement customer retention strategies to optimise occupancy/utilisation rates and foster long-term client relationships.

  • Establish clear performance targets for Heads of Departments, and regularly monitor, assess, and drive performance outcomes.

  • Develop, review, and manage pricing strategies across core revenue streams and value-added services to maximise yield.

  • Drive business performance through effective planning, budgeting, and performance management frameworks.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including authorities, business partners, and agencies, to support operational and strategic objectives.

Requirement

  • At least a Bachelor Degree and above

  • Relevant experience as a General Manager, preferably in Real Estate or relevant industry

  • At least 10 years of experience in a Management role across multiple functions

  • Proficient in Bahasa to communicate with Bahasa speaking counterparts

  • Strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, complemented by high integrity and sound business judgment.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage senior executives across diverse functional areas.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders.

  • Willing to be based in Batam (Ferry tickets provided to & off Singapore weekly)
