Job Responsibilities

Institution Budget Planning, Forecasting and Reporting

1. Prepares Institution’s annual budget and regular forecasts to Group for timely decision making.
2. Prepares financial reports and other financial information on a timely basis to assist management with timely intervention and decision making.
3. Support variance analysis for management review, e.g. actual performance versus budget and forecasts.

Capital Investment

1. Support the Institution’s digital transformation projects through finance lens review.
2. Evaluate business cases and projects for risks and opportunities.

Governance

1. Periodic reviews of Institution’s internal processes, systems, policies and procedures and put in recommendations to ensure business risks are minimised.
2. Multi-discipline/departments collaborations and initiatives to drive process improvements and controls.

Stakeholder Management

1. Engage internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the Institution.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/profession accounting qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant) or degree in Business Administration (major in Accountancy or Finance) or equivalent with minimum 2-4 years of related working experience.
