Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across clinical operations and hospital support services to ensure efficient, patient-centred care delivery.
• Oversee inpatient and outpatient services, driving high-quality care standards, clinical governance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and align hospital support functions including facilities, biomedical engineering, materials management, F&B, medical records, and general services.
• Manage operational performance and budgets, optimizing resources, workflows, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance requirements.
• Drive risk management, audits, and patient safety initiatives to maintain high operational and clinical standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
• Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, capability development, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Business
• At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare
• Strong in Clinical Ops
