Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support operational and project-related activities across departments
• Prepare reports, track project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of assignments
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth operations
• Assist in developing project scopes, timelines, and process improvements
• Communicate updates effectively and provide timely follow-up on ongoing matters
• Participate in meetings, gather feedback, and support implementation of operational changes
• Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Training and guidance will be provided
• Prior experience in operations, coordination, or project support will be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment
