Work location: West

Working hours: 5.5 days work week - Monday to Friday and half Sat, office hours

• Compressed work week eligible after gaining stability in the role i.e. One Sat duty every 3-4 weeks.

The Clinical Ops Assistant Manager / Senior Executive will play a key role in maintaining smooth clinic operations while contributing to service excellence, operational improvements, and new healthcare initiatives within the primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support overall clinic operations to ensure efficient and seamless daily functioning
• Coordinate staff scheduling, manpower deployment, and resource utilization
• Oversee patient flow management to enhance service experience and reduce waiting time
• Manage inventory, supplies, and facility-related matters
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and support teams to ensure integrated service delivery
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality
• Support implementation of new healthcare programmes and community-based care initiatives
• Contribute to strategic planning efforts such as workforce planning, training and development, digitalisation, service transformation, policy reviews, and workflow optimisation
• Assist in projects related to new clinic development and emergency preparedness planning

Key Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Business Management or Business Administration or related fields
• Min. 2-3 years’ experience in managing clinic operations and staff management in healthcare settings.
• Strong multitasking abilities and able to oversee smooth operations on a day to day basis
