Roles & Responsibilities
Degree holder with more than 8 years of relevant working experience.
Experience and proficient in dealing with numbers (which can be in the form of cost or mandays).
Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, including Project
Managers, Analysts, Finance, business users or vendor
Budgetmanagement, including tracking of funding availability, budget forecast, cashflow projection, preparation of internal budget reports for management review and coordination with respective stakeholders.
Invoice review and admin processing to ensure that the invoice amount is accurate and the invoice is approved by authorised personnel before payment due date.
Assess and summaries issue clearly. Propose feasible solutions. Escalate issues/
risks to supervisor/ management timely.
