Shift Hours 

Weekdays (Monday – Friday)

• 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 12:00 AM

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

• 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes

• Carry out nursing procedures and care activities according to patients' care needs

• Monitor patients' condition and report any changes appropriately

• Administer nursing care and support as required

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Provide professional and compassionate patient care

• Liaise with relevant healthcare professionals and caregivers when required

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration
