  • Support Building and Construction Authority (BCA) registrations and renewals
  • Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, including preparation and filing of supporting documents
  • Assist with internship applications and coordination with local institutions
  • Support tracking and maintenance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) learning hours
  • Maintain accurate learning and training records in line with Singapore regulatory requirements
  • Prepare documentation to support compliance readiness and internal / external audits
  • Coordinate training administration, logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and stakeholder communications
  • Compile and standardise ASEAN Learning & Development documentation and records
  • Support the setup and administration of regional training request and registration platforms (e.g. similar to K Net, LMS, etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in HR administration or Learning & Development support will be added advantage
