Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, programme management, and offboarding of interns and graduates
  • Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and educational institutions across APAC
  • Manage campus engagement activities, career fairs, student visits, and university partnerships
  • Support emerging talent attraction initiatives, government grants, and learning programmes
  • Monitor programme performance, compliance, reporting, and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree/ Diploma
  • Prior experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Early Careers programmes
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Good understanding of employment practices and HR processes
  • Strong organisational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Passion for developing emerging talent and enhancing employee experience
