HR Generalist (Landscaping Industry)

📍 Location: Woodlands (Relocating to Lavender in 3–4 months)

We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support full-spectrum HR operations for a well-established landscaping company with approximately 100 employees.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse HR scope and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for ~100 employees, including salary computation, overtime, CPF, and statutory submissions
• Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM compliance
• Oversee full employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records and compliance tracking
• Support performance appraisal coordination and HR documentation
• Manage annual income tax filing (IR8A and related tax reporting)
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Support employee relations and general HR operational matters
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company HR policies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist / HR Operations experience
• Hands-on experience in payroll and Work Pass administration in Singapore
• Experience in landscaping, construction, facilities management, or services industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and employment practices
• Independent, meticulous, and able to manage full HR operations cycle
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
