About the Role

As an HR Operations Intern, you will support a broad spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR analytics, learning & development, and HR projects. You will also assist with regional recruitment reporting across Southeast Asia, coordinate internship programmes, maintain HR records, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Assist in preparing monthly recruitment reports and recruitment analytics across multiple countries within the Southeast Asia region.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of interns, including planning and coordinating internship engagement activities.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires by preparing onboarding materials and ensuring all required documentation and administrative processes are completed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS).

Employee Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events and activities to foster a positive employee experience.

HR Projects & Analytics

  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with data analysis, report preparation and presentation development using Excel and PowerPoint.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programmes and learning initiatives, including scheduling, logistics and administrative support.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
  • Able to travel between two office locations when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
