HSEQ & Communications Admin (6-Month Contract)

Location: Trade Hub 21, Jurong East

Role Overview

The HSEQ & Communications Admin supports the Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) function by managing digital safety platforms, analysing safety data trends, and driving internal HSE communications across Asia Business Units.

Reports to: HSE Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. HSSE Digital Platform Administration & Data Analysis

• Maintain and administer HSSE digital platforms across Asia Business Units
• Monitor, compile, and analyse safety performance data and trends, including:START Hazard Reporting / Hazard SharingBehaviour-Based Safety Observation (BBSO)Verification of Competency (VOC), Operation Safety Assessment (OSA), TMSM trackingLeadership HSE KPI trackingEcoOnline audit entries and updatesOSA/NWP updates and weekly progression tracking
• Manage and maintain the InSite Safety Passport system
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across reporting systems

2. HSE Communications & Engagement

• Design and develop HSE communication materials (posters, visuals, campaigns)
• Support rollout of HSE campaigns across business units
• Create and manage internal HSE newsletters / bulletins
• Support engagement initiatives to strengthen safety culture across teams
