Role: Human Resource Executive
Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of onboarding processes, including the administration of immigration and work pass applications.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries and liaise with external partners where required.
Oversee operational HR functions, including leave administration, group insurance matters, and related activities.
Provide general administrative support, including coordination of courier services, replenishment of office pantry supplies, and management of stationery and laptops
Prepare monthly operational reports and any ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Handle all employees surveys and reporting requirements from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Provide HR guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
Participate in the planning and execution of company events and activities as part of the organizing committee.
Support payroll team from time to time
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Diploma / Degree Holder in HR or related field or proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Human Resources with Payroll Processing responsibilities.
• Experience in Times payroll software is an added advantage.
• Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity to maintain confidentiality of all HR and payroll records.
• Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act and labor laws.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• Independent and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
