Key Responsibilities

• Perform nasopharyngeal swab procedures, including PCR and ART testing, and collect specimens for laboratory testing.
• Prepare and manage specimen collection materials and nominal rolls for swab procedures.
• Assist with operational medical procedures for persons-in-custody.
• Perform blood-taking procedures for patients or persons-in-custody.
• Take and record patients' vital signs.
• Manage and maintain consumables and equipment within the facility.
• Sort and manage laboratory reports.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and clinical protocols.
• Maintain professional standards, service protocols, and proper conduct while performing duties.
• Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Certified competent in performing nasopharyngeal swabs.
• Possess a Certificate in Phlebotomy.
• Fully vaccinated against the following: Hepatitis BVaricella-zoster virus (VZV)Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)Tetanus, reduced diphtheria and acellular pertussis (Tdap)
