The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver enhancements, support production systems, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the cards and payments domain.

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the Vision PLUS and/or CardsLink ecosystem.
• Develop and support mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL,CICS, VSAM, DB2, and Easytrieve.
• Customize and configure VisionPLUS modules based on business requirements.
• Perform impact analysis, code reviews, system integration, and performance optimization.
• Develop batch and online programs supporting card processing functions.
• Create technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment plans.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to card issuance, authorization, billing, collections, and customer servicing.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, operations, and external vendors during project execution.
• Participate in requirement workshops, solution design discussions, and UAT support.
• Experience with batch processing and online transaction systems

Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Mainframe development and Cards & Payments domain.

Strong experience with VisionPLUS and/or CardsLink applications.
