Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and production processes.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, application failures, performance, and data issues.
• Troubleshoot using Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Java logs, and application logs.
• Manage and monitor batch processing using AutoSys.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Support deployments, releases, configuration changes, and production validation.
• Coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management following ITIL practices.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours production support when required.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 4 years in Backend Development using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong experience in L2/L3 Application/Production Support.
• Unix/Linux Administration and Shell Scripting.
• Oracle SQL & PL/SQL troubleshooting.
• Java/J2EE application support and log analysis.
• AutoSys job scheduling and batch monitoring.
• Strong SQL querying, database troubleshooting, and production debugging skills.
• Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCA.
• Experience in ITIL, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.
