Information Technology (IT) Manager

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the IT Department to ensure efficient service delivery and support
• Develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions, scripts, and automation tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Oversee company LAN/WAN infrastructure, monitor network performance, and ensure reliable connectivity
• Plan, manage, and deliver IT infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation, meeting project goals and timelines
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects to optimize IT capabilities
• Manage IT budget and assets to ensure cost-effective resource allocation and utilization
• Provide IT shared services and technical support to internal users, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime

Required competencies and certifications
