Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand project scope, budget, timeline, and design requirements.
• Develop design concepts, layout plans, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Prepare detailed construction and scaled drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
• Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, project teams, and building management.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications and building requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver practical, high-quality design solutions.
