Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Perform Change Control Impact Assessments for IT-related activities.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) networks.
• Assist with server deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Prepare, validate, and deploy workstation images.
• Perform system backup, restoration, and cloning activities.
• Configure workstation settings, user access, permissions, and local administrator accounts.
• Manage network connectivity, cloud storage integration, and OneDrive mapping.
• Implement and maintain backup solutions using Acronis.
• Ensure IT systems comply with data integrity standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting IT systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience working with GMP-regulated systems.
• Knowledge of computer system validation and regulated environments.
• Experience supporting laboratory analytical or QC systems (e.g. TOC or MALDI) will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a regulated environment.
