Job description

Our client is a leading player in 3PL. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Business Analyst to support their growing legal and project teams. They are located in the (East) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Support regional IFF initiatives across South& Southeast Asia, including project execution, product launches, and business improvement activities
• Manage and ensure timely completion of monthly operational processing for assigned countries
• Perform month-end validation checks and reconciliations to maintain high data accuracy and consistency
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual work
• Maintain strong data governance standards to ensure reliability and integrity across reporting and systems
• Conduct root cause analysis and improve import/export workflows to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance
• Support business analysis activities that contribute to growth initiatives within the IFF function across SSEA
• Provide operational, data, and system support tointernal stakeholders, including country teams, HQ, and business partners
• Assist in administrative tasks and ad-hocassignments from the Head of Department as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver practical solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics / freight forwarding / supply chain industry
• Strong SQL skills
