Support and maintain automated material handling systems and related software applications, including PLC and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Perform software programming and development using technologies such as PowerBuilder 7, C#, Visual Basic, C++, and C
Manage and support database systems including Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL, and Transact-SQL
Handle web-related technologies and services such as Microsoft IIS Management, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and web services
Configure and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and Virtual Private Networks (VPN)
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer support services
Provide IT infrastructure support, including Windows operating systems, hardware, and software maintenance
Deliver IT helpdesk support and provide both onsite and remote technical assistance
Travel overseas when required to support project implementation, testing, commissioning, and customer support activities
Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned
Deliver technical IT and software project support, including system testing and commissioning
Provide ongoing software support to customers, including standby and on-call support when required
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in software application support, particularly in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Material Flow Control (MFC) systems
Strong knowledge of database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server, including database programming using PL/SQL and T-SQL
Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as C# and JavaScript, as well as Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server
Good understanding of IT networks, hardware, software systems, and databases
Able to work independently and support technical projects in a fast-paced environment
