A leading retail organisation is seeking an IT Executive to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across corporate offices, retail stores, and warehouse locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, and end-user related issues.
• Support IT infrastructure monitoring, system maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage user accounts, email creation, access rights, and IT hardware issuance.
• Handle incident resolution, service requests, and timely escalation of technical issues.
• Perform routine system monitoring, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
