Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer (DevSecOps)
Job Type: Contract - 1+ year
Job Location: East, Singapore

About the Role
We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support enterprise DevSecOps platforms, iALM systems, and software delivery workflows. The role focuses on automation, CI/CD integration, Jira workflow optimisation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with development, operations, and support teams to enhance engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for DevSecOps and iALM systems across production and non-production environments, including incident troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Develop and enhance DevSecOps workflows aligned with ALM processes, SDLC practices, and software delivery requirements.
• Configure and automate Jira workflows, approvals, and tracking processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines with cloud environments to enable secure and reliable software delivery.
• Manage user accounts, access requests, documentation, user guides, templates, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Support iALM migration initiatives, tool enhancements, and continuous process improvement activities.
• Monitor system performance, prepare operational reports, and collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to improve platform reliability.

Requirements

• Tertiary Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevSecOps with hands-on exposure to scripting and tools such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD platforms, and other related technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes.
• Experience with DevSecOps or ALM tools (e.g., Micro Focus/OpenText ALM) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
