IT Project Management (ERP Transformation)
1-Year contract Convertible

$8,000 ~ $9,500 Per Month

Working location: Bugis
Working hours: Monday to Friday. 8:30am to 5:30pm

Overview
Lead and manage end-to-end IT and ERP transformation projects, acting as the bridge between business and technology teams. Responsible for project planning, execution, data migration, cutover, stabilization, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead ERP/EPM implementation and transformation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Drive SAP-to-Workday migration activities, including process alignment, data migration, validation, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and system solutions.
• Support core Finance processes including OTC, P2P, Revenue Accounting, Billing, AP/AR, Asset Management, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, archival strategy, and parallel runs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide techno-functional advisory support across finance, operations, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong experience in ERP/EPM implementations and large-scale transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, SAP ERP, and related finance systems.
• Strong understanding of finance operations and business processes.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SAP-to-Workday transformation projects is highly preferred.
