Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate and arrange various business meetings and discussion sessions with internal and external stakeholders for the project.

·        Liaise with other RC stafff or requirement gathering and finalizing business requirements.

·        Assist in planning and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for the various AI Use Cases, including preparation of test cases and proper documentation of test results.

·        Support business users in process change management with implementation of the AI solution.

·        Assist in preparation and review of relevant documentation for the project.

·        Assist in proper maintenance of key artefacts and documents for the project.

·        Assist in tracking of project activities/milestones, budget, risk issues and ensure any potential delay, budget overrun and risk issues are flagged out for attention.

·        Where needed, assist in any post-implementation data preparation for the data migration exercise for the project.

·        Assist on any other ad-hoc tasks and activities, where requested.

·        Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risk and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

·        Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risks and better safeguard the company.

·       Highlights any potential concerns/ risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Skills/Requirement:
·        6 to 8 years of working experience is preferred, preferably either in insurance/ financial industry, big 4 accounting firms, or both.

·        Project management skills are preferred, including, but not limited to, system/ UAT testing, quality assurance, management of stakeholders, tracking of project milestones, etc.

·        Pro-active and fast learner.

·        Meticulous, responsible, good communication and writing skills with ability to prepare flowcharts.

·        Team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

·        Resourceful and information seeker with a concern for order and quality.

·        Knowledge of risk management and compliance management is an added advantage.

·        Prior experience with AI is an added advantage.

·        High level of integrity takes accountability of work, good attitude and teamwork.

·       Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
