IT Sales Executive

Our client is looking for an IT Sales Executive to manage and grow customer accounts while supporting day-to-day IT operations. This rolecombines account management, IT solution sales, and basic technical support,with exposure to infrastructure projects and continuous learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new business accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Manage customer IT requirements through a helpdesk system (remote and on-site support)
• Support hardware refreshes, software renewals, and IT infrastructure upgrades
• Propose suitable IT solutions (e.g. hardware, cloud, system integration, migration) based on customer needs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on pricing and technical support
• Develop and manage sales pipelines to meet revenue targets
• Grow sales through cross-selling and ongoing IT services
• Provide sales and revenue forecasts, including periodic reviews with vendors
• Participate in networking activities to expand the customer base

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or client account management
• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Mature, professional, and a team player
