It is an entry-to-mid level IT support and maintenance role involving system operations, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Operation and Maintenance activities including both Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).

• Handle defect management, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of measurement equipment.

• Monitor overall system health and ensure system availability and performance.

• Perform repair and calibration independently in accordance with the technical manual and procedures without supervision.

• Ensure repair and calibration services meet turnaround time and service quality requirements.

• Support and maintain computer-based information systems, networking infrastructure, and related equipment.

• Provide support for servers, workstations, switches, routers, data storage systems, displays, and other airport/operational systems.

• Support virtual machine environments and Unix/Linux systems.

• Assist in cybersecurity operations and monitoring activities.

• Utilize monitoring tools such as IBM Tivoli, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.

• Prepare technical documentation and reports as required.

• Operate and support computer-controlled automatic testing equipment.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Networking, or related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with relevant maintenance and technical support experience are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in maintenance of Computer-based Information Systems, Networking, or Infrastructure support with minimum of 4 years of relevant maintenance experience.

• Knowledge in ICT, networking, cybersecurity, servers, workstations, switches and routers, data storage virtualization, Unix/Linux systems and monitoring tools (IBM Tivoli, Solarwind etc.)

• Prior experience in 2k x 2k displays and other airport systems support, air navigation, surveillance, communication or aviation systems will be preferred.

• Able to work independently and perform troubleshooting, repair, and calibration with minimal supervision.

• Good technical writing and problem-solving skills.
