Role:
Be part of the dynamic support organization responsible for supporting a full range of applications and to ensure a stable and resilient non-production& production environment for the business and operations.
The Team is responsible for-
- Change Implementation and management of Global Trade Tools in APAC
- Managing the APAC Instances of the Trade Back Office System
- Overseeing complex Workflow systems for Traditional Trade and Trade Transactions Processing in APAC
- Technical SPOC for APAC Transaction Banking Trade stakeholders
- Understanding and working within local regulations frameworks and requirements (Security, Infra, etc.,)
Direct Responsibilities:
- Use your technical expertise to support the Team in ongoing activities
- Application setups and interface configurations
- Assist with issues analysis, troubleshooting and fix
- Monitor and maintain stable application platforms in DEV, SIT, QA, UAT, STG and Prod
- Aligning with Project Team for technical tasks related to project delivery
- Analyze, Track and manage Production Incidents/problem tickets
- Co-ordinate with Development team for issue fixes, delivery, testing and deployment to Production
- Change Request preparation and related tasks
- Analyze and Manage dependencies within different components and systems
- Understand the application functionality to link the same to technical setup
- Liaise with BA and provide required technical support
- Liaise with Infra Team for ongoing patches, environment maintenance, incident resolution and new setups
- Work with the Application Production Support (APS)Team for incident investigations, deployment activities, monitoring
Specific Qualifications
- Experience 4+ years
- Experience on Linux / Shell script, Oracle PL/SQL, Autosys & Java
- Experience on Jenkins Scripting preferred
- Any certification on Linux / Shell script, Oracle PL/SQL & Java
