Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Pet Products Distributor/ Supplier
• Position Title: Social Media Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Ubi (Near to the MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday (8.30am – 6pm), Tuesday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce engaging videos for TikTok and Instagram that align the company’s brand identity.
• Generate and execute content concepts, including writing scripts, shooting videos, and editing.
• Keep updated of the latest trends, challenges, and developments on social media platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports the overall social media objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media content, identifying areas for enhancement and expansion.
• Participate in brainstorming and developing new social media initiatives.
• Be well-presented and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Plans the social media calendar and assist with mentoring digital Interns.

• At least Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG Industry.
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing is an added advantage.
• Good skills in digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and marketing strategy.
• Competence in managing online advertising efforts and analyzing data to improve outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to convert marketing insights into actionable objectives.
