Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the IT distribution industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Key Account Manager (3PL - IT / Financial Service) to support and expand strategic client portfolios across logistics and supply chain services. They are located in the (East) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure logistics service opportunities within the High-Tech and Financial Services sectors.
• Manage the full tender process (RFQ, RFP, RFI) including review of requirements, proposal preparation, and submission through procurement platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Pricing, Finance, Legal) to develop compliant logistics proposals and service solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Prepare logistics solutions covering air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, contract logistics, and secure transport services.
• Oversee assigned client accounts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery according to contract scope.
• Monitor industry tenders, procurement announcements, and market developments within the target sectors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding, or key account management.
• Experience handling tenders (RFQ, RFP, RFI) and corporate procurement processes.
• Knowledge of logistics services including air freight, ocean freight, and contract logistics.
• Familiarity with procurement or tender submission platforms.
• Exposure to logistics requirements within IT or financial services sectors.
