A premier, top-tier law firm is looking for a 1–3 PQE Singapore Qualified Associate to join its market-leading Banking & Finance practice, specializing in Asset Finance (Aviation, Shipping, and Structured Finance).
You will work directly with recognized partners on high-value, complex cross-border transactions, advising global financial institutions and major leasing companies.
Draft and negotiate complex asset finance and leasing documentation.
Manage transaction closings and coordinate regional, cross-border deals.
Provide commercially focused advice on structural and regulatory matters.
Admitted to the Singapore Bar (1–3 years PQE).
Background in Banking & Finance is highly desirable.
