Looking for Music Therapy and Normal Therapy Assistant !!!

Location: Tampines
Duration: Locum Long Term
Salary: $12/hr - $16/hr

Working days and hours:
- Mon to Fri office hours

Job Description:
- To carry out the physiotherapy care plan as assigned by the Physiotherapist
- To carry out occupational therapy care plan as assigned by the Occupational therapist
- To attend to clients’ needs and assist in lifting and transferring clients where necessary.
- To report any abnormalities present in the clients.
- To record and document the therapy sessions performed by the clients daily.
- Proper handling of rehabilitative equipment.
- Maintenance of rehabilitative equipment and to report any faults to the Operation Executive and Physiotherapist.
- To ensure a safety environment for the clients to perform the therapies.
- Encourage clients to participate in MDRC activities / programs.
- Participates in any internal or external events for the centre as required.
- Follow clients on transport as and when required.
- Additional JD for music therapy - Assist in music therapy session|

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary school education / WSQ certificate in Therapy services / NITEC in Therapy Services or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- BCLS+ AED certified
