  • Position Title: Logistic Coordinator / Customer Service Executive
  • Working Location: Central – Marymount
  • Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales department in their operations
  • Facilitate coordination between customers, transporters, and warehouses
  • Prepare necessary documentation for imports, exports, transshipments, and delivery order releases
  • Verify all associated costs
  • Respond to inquiries concerning rates, shipment tracking, and related issues
  • Collaborate with oversea agents and customers to guarantee seamless shipment processes

  • Min. O level
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in related role but must have experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Experience in handling pets/animal shipment is a plus point
