Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records and daily databases with a high level of accuracy to support effective stock control.
• Process and record daily stock receipts and deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely stock-in and stock-out transactions.
• Use Microsoft Excel to sort, filter, format, and analyse inventory data.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
• Provide administrative support and assist with operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in administration or sales support is preferred; candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, is preferred.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage.
