Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a M&E Coordinator/ Executive to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: M&E Coordinator/ Executive
  • Location: Central
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours
  • Salary Package: Up to $7,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate M&E works to meet project schedules and deadlines
  • Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Prepare, submit, and track shop drawings, material approvals, and authority submissions
  • Raise and follow up on RFIs for technical issues
  • Supervise and monitor progress of M&E works on site, reporting regularly to the M&E Manager
  • Lead site coordination walks with subcontractors and resolve issues collaboratively
  • Develop work schedules aligned with the master project schedule
  • Support the QS team in preparing claims for additional works
  • Prepare coordination drawings (CSD) and lead BIM coordination meetings with subcontractor BIM modelers, resolving clashes using Navisworks
  • Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA)
  • Arrange inspections with RTO/RE and ensure compliance with requirements
  • Conduct weekly site meetings with subcontractors to review progress and align on upcoming schedules

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E coordination within construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, drawings, and authority submission processes
  • Experience with BIM coordination and Navisworks software preferred
  • Able to prepare technical documentation and reports
