• Industry/ Organization Type: Precision Engineering
• Position Title: Maintenance Engineer
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus + OT
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute regular maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment.
• Identify and fix issues with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in CNC machines and other equipment.
• Help with setting up and starting new equipment.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance work, including logs, reports, and manuals.
• Follow all health and safety rules and foster a safe workplace.
• Spot areas for improvement and introduce changes to better equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Manage spare parts inventory and handle ordering as required.
• Cooperate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in maintenance engineering in related field
• Good understanding of CNC machines (Fanuc control) and PLC programming.
• Experienced with AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours if necessary
