Join Our Team – Marketing and Communications Assistant
We are looking for a motivated individual to support our partnership and engagement efforts, raise awareness on domestic violence, and contribute to volunteer recruitment and training. If you have a passion for community work and public education, this role is for you!

📍 Location: Nearest MRT, Novena
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $3.1K/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify key stakeholders to support the focus areas through stakeholder evaluation and sector readiness analysis.
• Engage community partners to expand the public education network, including organizing meetings and curating impactful projects.
• Create and design outreach materials in alignment with the team’s objectives, including managing creative agencies for related projects.
• Collate and analyze data for public education and communications initiatives, tracking project outcomes and statistics.
• Provide administrative support, handling enquiries, coordinating with partners, and managing logistics for events and workshops.
• Identify and engage sectors/organizations that could benefit from attending the awareness talks.
• Conduct talks for relevant organizations, customizing content to suit their specific needs.
• Evaluate talk effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support the team in engaging newly approved volunteers.
• Conduct briefings for new volunteers or individuals interested in joining the organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in any related fields.
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and other database programme, as well as design tools for comms creation.
