Organisation Overview & Role Description

ART:DIS (Arts & Disability Singapore) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities through the arts. Through education, professional development and creative platforms, we support artists with disabilities to develop their practice and access meaningful opportunities in the cultural sector.

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Senior Executive who is passionate about storytelling, audience engagement, and building visibility for disabled artists and arts education.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Communications

  • Implement integrated marketing and communications strategies across earned, owned, and paid media channels to support organisational goals and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of marketing and brand collateral, including print materials, social media content, EDMs, newsletters, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication platforms, including collaborative campaigns with external partners.

Media & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and key stakeholders to increase public visibility and strengthen brand recall.
  • Respond to public enquiries and manage communications across digital platforms to safeguard and maintain the organisation’s public image.

Digital Marketing & Content Platforms

  • Manage and update the organisation’s website and e-commerce platform to support lead generation, audience engagement, and online sales.
  • Maintain key communications resources, including mailing lists, media archives, corporate assets, and the organisation’s events calendar.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to optimise outreach, strengthen brand awareness, and improve engagement and conversion.


Skills & Competencies

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, communications or content development.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing digital platforms including social media, websites and EDM campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web management tools - WordPress, Shopify
  • Working knowledge of design and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, as well as analytics platforms (e.g. Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Interest in the arts, cultural sector or social impact work is highly desirable.
