Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support business development and marketing activities. The role involves market research, project coordination, reporting, and administrative support to enhance business growth and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing activities to enhance B2B business growth and market presence

• Assist in promoting new product lines by identifying potential market opportunities and customer segments

• Gather and compile market intelligence, including competitors’ pricing, product launches, and industry developments

• Coordinate with architects and project teams on product specifications for commercial and residential projects

• Support the organization of exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement

• Prepare and maintain project tender documents, reports, and administrative documentation, including translation support where required

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and project updates

• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing and sales team

• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines

• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
