Job Scope :

• Oversee overall M&E project management and act as the main point of contact between clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure project timelines, specifications, and requirements are met.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure M&E installations comply with regulatory requirements, authorities’ standards, and contract specifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Prepare and manage the M&E master schedule, including identifying critical milestones and authority inspections.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and deliverables to ensure alignment with the project plan.
• Identify project risks and issues, implement solutions, and escalate matters when necessary.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and timeline.
• Prepare and present project status reports to Management.
• Support tender exercises, including reviewing technical requirements and project scope.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
