Job Responsibilities:
Provide overall technical support for production operations.
Conduct equipment and process qualification activities as required.
Develop and maintain SOPs, machine manuals, and equipment-related documentation.
Identify and drive process improvement, automation, and engineering projects to enhance productivity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
Oversee production control activities, including rework, scrap/loss disposition, process deviations, validation protocols, new process implementation, and process changes.
Manage, supervise, and develop technical and engineering staff to support operational objectives.
Coordinate with the Production team on machine installation and facility layout planning.
Maintain 5S practices within the workplace.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical &Electronic / Mechatronics / Robotics).
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good project management, planning and negotiation skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
