Job Responsibilities

• Interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for fabrication works.
• Select suitable OEM components and ensure fabrication activities meet project and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and production issues and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate with operations teams and customers on technical enquiries, support, and process-related matters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in the precision engineering industry
• Knowledge of machining processes (e.g., milling, turning, EDM, wire-cut), metal fabrication processes, and mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or Siemens NX (UG); proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic work approach, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
