Responsibilities:

• Ensure product merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and company standards.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to evaluate product performance.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences, trends, and opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate product availability and meet consumer demand.
• Prepare and analyze reports on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans across all product categories.
• Establish and maintain collaborative retailer and supplier partnerships.
• Develop, implement, and manage an optimal product mix aligned with customer needs and brand positioning.
• Plan and execute promotional initiatives to support sales objectives.
• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Monitor, report, and follow up on sales activities for management review.
• Track competitors, market conditions, and new product developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate level - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
