1. Merchant Acquisition

• Lead merchant acquisition initiatives, including prospecting, negotiation, and development of promotional arrangements
• Manage the end‑to‑end merchant onboarding process, including contracting and renewal cycles

2. Account Management

• Own sales targets for merchants under your portfolio and act as the primary point of contact
• Regularly review merchant performance and collaborate with partners to develop strategic initiatives to drive growth (e.g. range expansion, marketing campaigns, partnerships)
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term merchant relationships by providing value‑added support and insights

3. Business & Operations

• Conduct merchant‑level performance analysis and support monthly business reporting activities
• Resolve operational issues related to product publication, orders, logistics, and payments in a timely and effective manner
• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to drive sales growth and operational efficiency

4. Profitability

• Own and manage merchant contribution margins (CM)
• Proactively propose and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve sales and profitability
